中澳股份有限公司於2007年由太平紳士李恒先生創立於澳大利亞悉尼,主要營業內容為教育、留學移民和中澳文化交流。於2009年,在澳大利亞悉尼科技大學Serge Mukhi教授和澳大利亞南十字星大學Peter Wong博士的引見下認識了當時在海洋英語和教師學院任職的校長劉家亨博士。在經過3年的詳談和與大家多年的教育經驗,我們發覺亞洲食品安全問題非常嚴重,並且在食安的教育上也有嚴重的不足,因此,在全澳大利亞全體同仁的同意下由劉家亨博士在2012年於台灣高雄成立中澳股份有限公司,並且在台南市海峽兩岸交流協會副總幹事陳緯男先生的推廣下,在同時並通過公司 "家和記" 之品牌為消費者提供最健康並符合國際食品安全和法律的台灣高級魚丸及其他台灣魚類和澳大利亞天然有機牛羊肉產品。當然這過程是非常辛苦的。為了提高品質的產品給消費者,公司全體同仁更加拜訪不下千位在國內外有相關食品健康和安全經驗的人士和公司,並謙卑的去學習和研發每一項產品,也因為如此 "家和記" 的食品在國內外均得到消費者的廣泛認可和喜愛。

Since its inception,Sino Australia Co Ltd, through its "Famigrain" brand,has gained a firm foothold in local and international markets. "Famigrain" brand of juicy fish ball, seafood pancake,and vegetarian ball products which consistently meet customer's satisfaction and legal requirements.

我們的管理和市場推廣團隊(中澳股份有限公司)以及我們的生產團隊(宏嘉食品股份有限公司)一直致力實現以下四點,從而有效確保我們的產品無食品安全問題:

1.HACCP認證:

    HACCP證書能夠向我們的消費者表明我們在生產和銷售安全食品方面所做出的努力。該認證是建立在七項原則之上的:

        ‧ 針對生物,化學和物理食品安全問題進行風險分析

        ‧ 確定關鍵點和控制點

        ‧ 建立關鍵控制範圍,例如最低烹飪溫度和時間

        ‧ 建立監控系統對關鍵控制點進行監測

        ‧ 建立矯正措施

        ‧ 建立驗證機制,確保HACCP系統的有效運作

        ‧ 建立文書和記錄保存機制

    因此,HACCP幫助 "家和記" 識別並預防風險,使我們的產品免受食物傳播疾病的困擾。

2.SQF標準:

    SQF食品安全管理系統為食品廠商提供了一套嚴格的管理食品安全風險的系統,使廠商能夠生產安全放心的食品,並為廠商提供受到認可的食品安全證書。SQF經全球食品安全倡議(GFSI)認可,為廠商提供認證,以便其將產品銷售給全球各地的供應商和零售商。因此,SQF幫助"家和記"取得認證,使我們得以達到消費者的期望,並在市場上保持競爭力。

3.衛生證書:

    由政府認可的監察機構出具的衛生證書,確認工廠或貨櫃經檢查達到最低衛生標準。"家和記"的衛生證書由台灣食品藥物管理局出具。

4.中國國家認證認可監督管理委員會(海鮮產品):

    "家和記"以其生產團隊的名義成功取得了中國政府海鮮進口許可。因此,以上認證給我們的消費者帶來了信心和保證,"家和記"的每一件產品都會一直做到質量和安全的承諾並也同時符合:

        ‧ 中華人民共和國對台灣進口食品產業廠號,三證和其他所有要求。

        ‧ 中華人民共和國對澳大利亞進口食品廠號,三證和其他所有要求。

        ‧ 澳大利亞對中國和台灣進口食品產業的所有要求。

Our management/Marketing team(Sino Australia Co Ltd) and also production team(Hong Chia Food Co Ltd) are committed to ensure that all operations effectively prevent food problems by achieving the following 4 main points:


1.HACCP standard:

    HACCP certification instantly demonstrates to customers our commitment to producing or trading in safe food.HACCP certification is an international standard defining the requirements for effective control of food safety. It is built around seven principles:
       ‧ Conduct Hazard Analysis of biological,chemical or physical food hazards
       ‧ Determine critical control points
       ‧ Establish critical control limits,for example,minimum cooking temperature and time
       ‧ Establish a system to monitor control of Critical Control Points
       ‧ Establish corrective actions
       ‧ Establish procedure for verification to confirm that the HACCP system is working effectively
       ‧ Establish documentation and record keeping
    Thus,HACCP helps Famigrain to identify and prevent hazards that cause foodborne illness of our products


2.SQF standard:

    The SQF Food Safety Management System is designed to provide organizations with a rigorous system to manage food safety risks,provide safe product and provide organizations with a recognized food safety certification.SQF is GFSI Recognized and benchmarked to provide company with the recognition our need to supply products to leading manufacturers and retailers worldwide.
    For this reason,SQF helps Famigrain becoming certified to meet customer demands and to stay competitive in the marketplace.


3.Sanitary certificate:

    Sanitary certificate that is issued by an authorized governmental inspection agency that confirms the facility and/or cargo has been inspected and meets the minimum sanitary requirements.
    In Famigrain case.sanitary certificate issued by Food and Drug Administration from Taiwan.


4.Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China(For seafood products):

    Famigrain has successful granted its recognition(EST Number) from Chinese government for importiong seafood products into China market under the name of our production team.
